Our primary and secondary school programs are led by Swans, with external Mentors playing a vital role in working with students and engaging them in activities.

A key objective of Elevate is to build strong relationships and share stories that may influence students to see the power of education, gain a new perspective on the world and what's possible in their future, as well as building resilience and confidence in themselves to achieve. 

We currently operate across 9 schools in Perth’s eastern suburbs.

Our Elevate program is also implemented within the community, where we partner with alternate education providers, as well as local government and other youth services providers.

In this setting, we are primarily working with youth who are defined as being most at-risk and in need of support.

This is an incredibly important part of the work that we do at Swans.

Our work in schools and community goes beyond football, improving the lives of the people in the community through creating greater engagement in education and transitions to employment, improving health and wellbeing and enhancing community connections. The strength of Swans Elevate is enhanced by a strong network of partners who play pivotal roles in bringing what we do to life.
