community activation

We are uniquely placed to create a tailored community activation program for companies operating in remote and regional towns in Western Australia.

Since 2008, we have partnered with resources companies looking to build upon their social license to operate, as well local governments needing assistance in increasing the livability of their towns.

  • Early Years

With qualified and experience early years educators, we can provide a tailored early years program for your town.

These programs provide a vital resource for parents and an important connection point for isolated families to build relationships and support networks.

  • Afterschool Programs

Organised sport and recreation afterschool is a vital component of living remotely however it is often impacted by shift work and the lack of availability of parents and volunteers.

Swans play a vital role in ensuring that people in remote towns have the same, if not better access to sporting and recreation opportunities.

  • education & employment

The process to engage local people in employment starts at school, not at the point of hire. We work closely with employment partners, as well as Registered Training Organisations to engage often and early, to ensure that we can help to raise expectations and the likelihood of long term economic development.

  • engagement

Small towns need a glue to bring everyone together. We might have originally been just a football club, but we utilise many different engagement tools to connect and build community. It might be another sport, but we host community events from Halloween to NAIDOC and Christmas and everything in between.

Social licence

The earlier you engage with community and invest in your social license to operate, the greater the impact your project will have on your most important stakeholders.

Swan Activate works in partnership with your team to create a viable employee value proposition for your team members who will need to be based residentially, near to your operations.
